The Process

The solution Olive Rose began with determining our user - who she is and what her needs are and might be. This was accomplished by some introductory needs finding interviewing users and potential users of the space. Our next step involved group brain-storming, reviewing the notes and themes discovered during the needs finding to determine what solutions might best address the user's needs. An initial prototype was developed. We shared this prototype with users requesting feedback and incorporated the feedback into our final prototype.
